On Thursday 14 May, the Community Safety Partnership conference was held at South Cambridgeshire Hall.
This was open to public, as a discussion where they could raise concerns about safety in their area, listen to talks from community safety partners and learn more about what services and support are available to help keep them and their communities safe.
There were talks from Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridgeshire Police and our own Community Safety team. The presentations from these talks are listed below:
- Community Safety in South Cambs [PDF, 1.5MB]
- Rural Crime Action [PDF, 1MB]
- PREVENT - South Cambs [PDF, 0.3MB]
- Road safety in South Cambs [PDF, 3.5MB]
South Cambridgeshire Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) facilitate quarterly engagement meetings to hear from residents and stakeholders on what their concerns are. To be sent an online link to the next meeting please email communitymeeting@cambs.police.uk and quote ‘South Cambs’.
The police host a continuous Community Policing Survey, which also feeds into the engagement meeting and can be competed at any time. We encourage you to complete this survey and attend the online meetings, as your information helps inform what the NPT set as their priorities for the next quarter.
