We encourage customers to provide feedback about their experiences of the services they have received from the Council, whether good or bad. This feedback is regularly reviewed and used to plan the continuous improvement of our services and activities going forward.

Please note that when we receive feedback this does not enter into our complaints process. For more information about how to submit a complaint, prompting us to undertake an investigation and respond with our findings, please visit our complaints page.
