If you are having trouble accessing your account
OPENPortal and My South Cambs are separate online services with different login details. If you have both accounts, check that you are using the correct email address and password for the OPENPortal.
If you are still unable to log in, complete the Council Tax Contact Us form.
Select “I am having issues with my Open Portal account” as the subject of your enquiry and include a short description of the problem.
