Indoor activities

We have a range of indoor activities within South Cambs, from the unusual to old favourites.

What is New Age Kurling?

New Age Kurling is an adapted version of the original curling game which can be played indoors on any flat surface. The game can be played when standing or sitting.

Where can I do this?

We have 4 New Age Kurling sessions taking place in South Cambridgeshire. There will also be 2 more groups starting soon in Hauxton and Great Chishill - details of these sessions will be updated once they have been confirmed.

What is pickleball?

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. 2 or 4 players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, over a net.

Even though pickleball is like tennis, there are important differences that make pickleball especially more accessible for children and seniors.
