Activities supporting long-term health conditions

As part of our aim to support physical activity programmes across the villages and communities in South Cambridgeshire, we recognise the importance of being active for those in the community that may be living with a long-term health condition.

This recognition has resulted in awarding funding to charities, organisations and voluntary sectors delivering these activity programmes. It is important to be active since it can help manage the condition and the symptoms experienced, reducing their impact and severity, as well as boosting your mood.

Find out more about the Physical activity Grant for Long Term Health Condition Management.
