The proposed application is to permit the following:
Activity: The proposed application is to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The changes include internal redecoration, new accessible WC and extension of the licensable area for the sale of alcohol to patio area of the premises.
Activity:
- Any outside areas to be monitored by management and staff, when occupied, during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
- An incident log will be kept and maintained at the premises and all incidents shall be recorded in it. As a minimum, the log will record the date and time of the incident, the name of the person making the entry, the nature of the incident and any actions taken.
- A challenge 25 policy is to be employed whereby those who appear to be under the age of 25 and are attempting to purchase alcohol will be asked to provide identification.
- All staff who have direct dealings with customers shall be trained in the following:
- Licensing law and in particular that relating to the sale of alcohol;
- The Challenge 25 policy;
- The premises license and its conditions
A record shall be kept of this training which will be refreshed no less than every 6 months, or when are relevant changes in legislation are made, and this record shall be available for inspection by the Licensing Authority or Police upon request.
All other conditions to remain unaltered. All hours and activities to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the layout/design of the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any details shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change.
