This page contains all bin collection service announcements regarding residents’ bin collections. Please check below to see if your street name is listed as a missed collection. 

If your village/street is not on the list below, please check our bin collection calendar to find your collection date. If your black or blue bin should have been collected but hasn’t, please report this using our online form by 3:30pm the following day and we will come back to empty it within 3 working days.

Update for Cambourne residents regarding bin collections from Thursday 8 May onwards

From Thursday 8 May, the order in which we collect bins changed for some Cambourne residents. We wrote to you if you are affected. Your bin day has not changed - it's just the order in which we collect your bins that has altered.

If you are affected by this change (you'll know as we have written to you) it means that we emptied your black bin on Thursday 8 May. This is the same bin as was emptied the previous week. The following week (Thursday 15 May) we will empty your blue and green bins. From that point forwards, your bin collections will alternate in the usual way - that is, black bin one week and blue and green bins the next.

Your online bin calendar has been altered to reflect this new pattern.

The idea behind this change is so that everyone in Cambourne has the same colour bins emptied on the same day - which is more efficient for our bin rounds and easier for residents across the whole town.
