Book an appointment
If you need to visit us in person, you'll need to book an appointment in advance.
This includes pension verification appointments.
1 hour appointments are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only between 10am and 3pm.
If you would like to book a call with a duty planning officer, please do this on the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning website using the form most appropriate to your request.
Please note planning does not offer an in person appointment service.
When you visit us
- We will not accept or tolerate any behaviour or language that we consider to be abusive towards any of our colleagues
- please bring photographic ID with you, as you may be asked for it
- please book an appointment to ensure that you are seen on the day you come in. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen by an officer without an appointment.
