If you need to visit us in person, you'll need to book an appointment in advance. 

This includes pension verification appointments. 

1 hour appointments are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only between 10am and 3pm.

When you visit us

• Please wear a face-covering (staff will also wear protective equipment) and keep a safe distance from others.
• Use the marked and signposted front entrance, to help maintain social distance.
• Use the hand sanitiser provided at the main entrance.
• Bring your own pen to use.

Pension verification appointments

• Remember your paperwork.
• Bring a copy of your passport and driving license (or any other form of photographic evidence).
