October 2023 Planning Committee

The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 11 October 2023 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.  

• 256 new homes, including 102 affordable properties, along with the change of use of the existing marketing suite to a café, on land to the south of the pond at Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne.

• Development of TWI Campus at TWI, Granta Park, Great Abington. The application includes three new buildings and an extension to the existing engineering hall.

• The creation of a 4-metre opening to a listed wall to enable shared access to be created, as part of the planning application mentioned above for the development of the TWI Campus at TWI, Granta Park, Great Abington.
