Our Housing Performance
Affordable Homes Performance
We analyse our day-to-day performance and statistics for each quarter within a financial year to keep track of how we are doing. This performance data covers:
- Complaints & Compliments
- Freedom of Information Requests
- Anti-Social Behaviour
- Homelessness and Performance Benchmarking using HouseMark
Housing Performance Panel
Our Housing Performance Panel work to improve housing services for all tenants and leaseholders by reviewing, assessing, and challenging our performance, as well as our contractor’s performance. The panel identifies areas where performance could be improved and suggests improvements that could come out of this. They hold quarterly meetings where they review our performance reports. Minutes of their meetings are published on our working groups page.
Annual Reports for Tenants & Leaseholders
You can find our overview of our day-to-day performance statistics for the financial year in our latest Annual Report Tenant & Leaseholders.
