Fee for Licensing

HMO Licence Fees 2022/2023

The application fee for a 5-year licence for 2023/2024 is £820 for up to 5 bedrooms,  any additional bedrooms are priced at £33 per room.

Renewal of the licence is £495 for up to 5 bedrooms, any additional bedrooms are priced at £21 per room.

It may be necessary for the HMO or proposed HMO to be inspected prior to applying for a licence.
