Freedom of Information (FOI)
The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives you the right to access recorded information held by us. We are obliged to publish certain information about our activities. Members of the public are entitled to request any information from a public authority.

Decisions made by officers under delegated authority
Details relating to the planning decisions taken by officers under delegated authority are already published on the Council’s website.
We share a building control service with Huntingdonshire District Council and Cambridge City Council. You can find the latest Building Control decisions on the Huntingdonshire District Council website.
