Do you want to test your strength and balance by taking part in a Functional Fitness MOT?

Interested in finding out what financial support is available for home improvements?

Remaining active keeps muscles strong and improves balance, posture and coordination. This helps to prevent falling in the future. Professional advice and guidance will be offered to those taking part. 

We're holding a series of information events for the over 65s.

Come along, meet new people and get some information and advice on how to keep healthy in later life. Free tea and coffee will also be served and you're welcome to bring a friend.
