The enforcement register is a statutory requirement for a district planning authority to keep and maintain a register of notices, that is open for public inspection.
This online register is in the process of being updated and it is anticipated that this will be completed by Monday 18 October 2021.
A hard copy of the Enforcement Register is up to date and available for inspection via appointment only at our offices at South Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge, CB23 6EA. Book an appointment to view the Enforcement Register.
If there are any specific queries and/or updates required then please contact the Planning Enforcement Team on the details below.
The register must contain information about the following orders and notices that relate to the local authority’s area:
- planning enforcement orders
- planning enforcement notices
- stop notices
- breach of condition notices
We have electronically captured the enforcement register back to 1991. We are undergoing work to capture the remaining register but in the meantime, if you need to view earlier years, please contact the Enforcement Team for an appointment.
