Enforcement register
The enforcement register is a statutory requirement for a district planning authority to keep and maintain a register of notices, that is open for public inspection.
The register must contain information about the following orders and notices that relate to the local authority’s area:
- Planning enforcement orders
- Planning enforcement notices
- Stop notices
- Breach of condition notices
We have electronically captured the enforcement register back to 1991. We are undergoing work to capture the remaining register but in the mean time if you need to view earlier years please contact the Enforcement Team for an appointment.
Use the navigation links on the left to browse the enforcement register.
