The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 9 November 2022 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.
- Reserved matters planning application to determine the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the development at land to the rear of 1B Over Road, Willingham, relating to planning permission S/2921/15/OL for 26 homes including 10 affordable homes.
Applicant: Mr Ernest Wynn
Decision: Approved - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 8 (cycle store) of planning permission S/2239/13/FL, which is a new football ground for Cambridge City Football Club, and new community recreational space, in Sawston.
Applicant: Mr K Satchell - Decision: Approved
- The demolition of the existing hay-store, and erection of a single detached home and re-instatement of annexe at 33 South Road, Great Abington.
Applicant: Mr And Mrs S Wincox
Decision: Refused - A single-storey three-bedroom house on land to the rear of 64 Barton Road, Comberton.
Applicant: Mr & Mrs Mark and Sally Arnold
Decision: Approved
