The following planning application decisions were made at this month’s meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee, held on Wednesday 11 March 2020 at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:
- Variation of condition relating to water drainage scheme for outline planning permission already granted for up to 140 new homes, including up to 40% affordable housing, at land east of Highfields Road, Highfields Caldecote

Decision: Approved - 21 new homes on land to the west of Cody Road and north of Bannold Road, Waterbeach

Decision: Refused - Construction of 168-bedroom hotel at Imperial War Museum, Duxford
Applicant: Propiteer Hotels Duxford Limited
Decision: Withdrawn by applicant - Installation of a 1.8 metre high timber fence at 17 Green Lane, Linton
Applicant: Mrs Pamela Phipps
Decision: Approved
