Licensing Act 2018 consultation

The review of a Statement of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Licensing Act Policy is a requirement under Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003.  In preparing the statement, officers have given full regard to both the requirements of the Act itself and the revised guidelines issued in April 2017 and any legislative changes.

As part of a public consultation process we welcome your views and feedback before the final policy comes into effect.

Please be aware that comments must be received by 8th October 2018.  All responses will be collated and fully considered before the final policy document is prepared and presented to the Licensing Committee for recommendation to full council and adoption by no later than 31st January 2019.
