The following planning application decisions were made at this month’s meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee, held on Wednesday 12 June 2019 at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:

  1. Two new car dealerships / showrooms for occupation by Lancaster Porsche and Aston Martin, including access from A505, signs, servicing and MOT areas, washing and valet areas, parking, new internal roads, cycle paths and footpaths and landscaping on land south of the A505 and west of SMT Great Britain, Duxford
    Applicant: Jardine Motors Group
    Decision: Refused

  2. Conversion of existing garage and first floor side extension at 30 High Street, Over
    Applicant: Mr Paul McEneaney
    Decision: Approved

  3. Discharge of condition 8 (site wide design code) for planning permission S/2903/14/OL (up to 2,350 new homes and associated infrastructure) at land to the west of Cambourne
    Applicant: Taylor Wimpey and Bovis Homes
    Decision: Deferred to an extraordinary Planning Committee meeting on 28 June 2019
