Summary
We are currently recruiting an experienced Learning and Development Officer to come and join our HR team. We are a hybrid working team, with our base at our Cambourne head office which you will be required to attend as needed.
As our Learning and Development Officer you will be a key part of the team supporting the training and development for all staff as well as guiding our graduates and apprentices through their programmes and supporting our Grow-Your-Own initiatives.
You will be creative and passionate about learning and development, and will bring new ideas to the way we do things. You will work with our HR team to continuously develop our Corporate Learning Strategy, ensuring all learning solutions are fit for purpose and delivered in a consistent manner.
You will be a problem solver, helping our managers identify development opportunities that will ensure we are proactively preparing for present and future talent needs.
The HR department is a small, innovative and enthusiastic team which has a positive and flexible approach to challenges. It is important that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and manage a varied workload with competing priorities.
As a Learning and Development Officer it is essential that you have experience of designing and delivering targeted learning and development activities, and are working towards or have completed your CIPD Level 5 qualifications (or equivalent experience).
