Housing Services Officer

Summary

An opportunity has arisen to join our Neighbourhood Services team in a job share capacity as a Housing Services Officer responsible for the management of our Council properties and estates. You will be a team player who is equally able to work on your own initiative. 

You will ideally possess a good knowledge of current housing legislation, all elements of housing management the voids and lettings process as well as practical experience of providing front line services to customers in a social housing organisation. An ability to communicate clearly, work accurately and prioritise your own workload is essential.

You will need to be people-centred, well organised and share our commitment to providing excellent housing services to our range of customers. Enthusiasm, adaptability and resilience are also key requirements. This role comes with the benefits of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
