We are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services through our multi-channel customer contact service and post room facilities including: face-to-face at reception, telephone, email, post room services and all print room and reprographics activities. Hours are worked to a flexible shift rota pattern which covers the Contact Centre, Post Room Service and Print Room and Reprographics Services that operates between the hours of 8am to 5:30pm.

You must display an enthusiastic and positive demeanour at all times, be assertive and confident, be proactive in nature and demonstrate bags of common sense but also, there is a need to display empathy and tact in sensitive situations. You will work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and be able to jump seamlessly from one task to another, maintaining a highly efficient and organised approach to your work.
This exciting opportunity will see you assisting in the delivery a wide range of Council services directly to the customer (internally and externally) with key responsibilities for overseeing the secure and timely receipt and distribution of the Council’s mail (incoming and outgoing), ensuring that supplies and equipment related to the post room are replaced and maintained regularly, correct franking of outgoing mail and ready for despatch daily and, provide resolution for all customer interactions via face-to-face at reception, telephone and email and administrative in the post room, print room and reprographics.
