We are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to support the Performance and Improvement Officer in provide effective and efficient performance monitoring for the Shared Planning service. This will be a varied and challenging role, and you will have the opportunity to work within an interesting and dynamic team in a fast-moving yet engaging working environment.
The post holder will be required to assist in the sourcing of data and report creation for business improvement and performance monitoring activities. They will also be dealing with enquiries, actioning telephone calls and emails, organizing meetings, visits and attendance at events and be the point of contact for Freedom of Information requests. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload is essential.
You will be highly professional, assertive and confident but also able to display empathy and tact in sensitive situations with a friendly attitude and approach.
You must have a good standard of general education and it is essential that you are IT literate with well-developed verbal and written communication skills. You should also have excellent customer care skills with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adjust your working hours to support the needs of the business.
Due to the reporting requirements of the role, a good understanding of Excel is required and will need to be demonstrated at interview.
