|Salary:||Grade 1 £14,968 to £16,037 per annum|
|Contract type:||Fixed term Apprenticeship for 24 months|

Our transformation colleagues are at the centre of the Council as part of the newly formed Project Management Office (PMO). We run programmes and projects ranging from our “green” agenda to transforming the way services operate, which in turn improves our service to the customer.
This new and exciting team have a range of expertise and specialisms, but the common goal is to drive change and innovative solutions that put our customers at our heart.
We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for two Business Administration Apprentices to join the team; this will give you opportunities to work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Digital Business Analysts and act as a steppingstone into the PMO.
The apprenticeship course is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship run by Paragon Skills. The course will complement the work carried out in the PMO team and will be 20% of your time. You will learn to create content for a wide range of digital solutions and work with the PMO to help transform the way we interact with our customers.
For the remaining 80% of your time, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Digital Business Analysts, to provide support in all areas of our customer portal. One minute you’ll be responding to resident emails, the next you’ll be updating the customer portal or helping to design a new solution for customers. You can also assist with ideas for social media campaigns and assisting with the Contact Centre to adapt their communication to customers on the phone.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is ready to learn about transforming the way we do things and challenging the status quo.
We are currently working from home, as a rule, because of the Coronavirus pandemic, but there will be opportunities for workshops and in-person meetings in the future, at South Cambs Hall in Cambourne.
For more information about this opportunity please contact Project Manager, Sonia Constant via firstname.lastname@example.org.
