We are looking for a competent individual to assist in a wide range of administration tasks within the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service.  You will be based in the Business Operations Team which provides administration for all departments within the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service.  This is an exciting time to work with one of the largest shared planning services in the country and in the dynamic areas of Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. As our new apprentice you will be an individual who is self-motivated, a team player, efficient and organised with a high level of accuracy.  Key responsibilities include organising meetings, preparation of meeting rooms, composing emails and other correspondence and meeting and greeting visitors. The role will also include dealing with incoming and outgoing mail services, electronic filling and general office duties. 

We offer support with excellent training for your own personal learning and development with great career opportunities available.  Flexible working conditions are offered with office opening hours between 8.00am to 6.30pm.  This post is a fixed term post for a duration of 2 years with working hours 37 per week.  You will complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
