The following planning application decisions were made at this month’s meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee, held on Wednesday 12 November at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:

  1. Construction of new office and technology research development facilities on land north of Melbourn Science Park, Melbourn
    Applicant: Melbourn Science Park (TTP)
    Decision: Approved

  2. Retention of temporary access for vehicles onto the A1301 from junction of Dernfold Lane and Stapleford Road, Sawston, following construction work on adjacent land
    Applicant: Russell Smith Farms
    Decision: Approved

  3. Demolition of two properties, to be replaced with two houses, two flats and one bungalow at 1 and 3 Pembroke Way, Teversham
    Applicant: South Cambridgeshire District Council
    Decision: Approved

  4. Approval of reserved matters for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline planning permission for up to 121 new homes on land off Oakington Road, Cottenham
    Applicant: Persimmon Homes (East Midlands) Ltd
    Decision: Deferred
