How to use our feedback service
If you would like to give the Council feedback on the website then please do so using our smiley face system. You will notice at the bottom of every single page of content there are three faces: green, yellow and red.
Green = You have had a pleasant experience and have been able to achieve your goal whilst visiting our website. You may have some positive feedback on how we can further improve the website. Ideas are always welcomed.
Yellow = You have neither had a pleasant or bad experience, you might have been able to achieve your goal whilst visiting our website, but not very quickly. You may have some constructive criticism/positive feedback on how we can improve the website.
Red = You have not had a pleasant experience, you most likely have not been able to achieve your goal whilst visiting our website. You may have some constructive criticism on how we can improve the website. Your feedback may alert us to an issue and it also allows us to resolve these issues to improve your experience the next time you visit.
If you click on a face that indicates your mood, that could be your feeling towards that particular page or the website in general. You will be taken to a page where you can leave your feedback and also your contact details. If you do not leave us your contact details, we will not be able to respond. Please bear this in mind.
If, however, you would like to compliment a service or raise a general complaint, you can do this via the Contact Us form.
