The following decisions were made at yesterday’s meeting of South Cambridge District Council’s Planning Committee (Wednesday 2 November), held at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:

 

1) Outline application for up to 215 homes on land east of Old Pinewood Way and Ridgeway, Papworth Everard.

2) Outline application for up to 70 homes on land to the rear of 130 Middle Watch, Swavesey.

Decision: Refused

 

3) Outline application for up to 30 homes on land east of Spring Lane, Bassingbourn.

Applicant: E. W. Pepper Limited

Decision: Approved

 

4) Outline application for up to 26 homes on land west of the cemetery, north of The Causeway, Bassingbourn.
