Decisions made by officers under delegated authority

Details relating to licensing applications and permissions granted by officers under delegated authority are accessible via the Council’s licensing webpage on the Personal Register or Premises Register, which can be viewed using this link: www.scambs.gov.uk/content/licensing-act-2003.
The Publication Scheme is a list of the information the Council makes routinely available.
Publishing Our Data
We are committed to transparency and in support of government guidance we have made South Cambridgeshire District Council data sets available in a reusable and open format. In fact we are one of the first Councils in the country to take up this technology and make our data freely available in this way. The Council agreed at its meeting on 25 September 2014 that any decision made by an officer in excess of £50,000 will be considered as materially affecting the Council’s financial position. Details of any decisions made by officers above this threshold can therefore be viewed online.
