Report a street lighting fault

You can report that a streetlight is not working through our website using the following link. If you do not have the streetlight number, you can find this using the streetlight map below.

Report a general street light fault

Please do not report urgent faults (those that pose an immediate risk of injury) through our website as this may delay our response.

For urgent faults please call 03450 450063 between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Where out of office hours (after 5.30pm and during weekends) please call 01354 654321 (this number is operated by our partners, Fenland District Council).

In the case of an emergency please report it to the police immediately.

General faults can also be reported to our Contact Centre by calling 03450 450063 between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note our lines can be very busy around the middle of the day and are generally less busy early mornings or later in the day.

We maintain around 1800 streetlights in South Cambridgeshire and aim to respond to all reported faults with our streetlights within 14 to 28 days.

All our streetlights have numbers beginning with the prefix 'SC’ and are generally located along footpaths within parishes.

Where a streetlight does not begin with the prefix ‘SC’ then please report a fault via the link below.
