On 5 September 2016 the Planning Portfolio Holder designated the Great Abington former LSA Estate neighbourhood area.
SCDC and Great Abington Parish Council have prepared a Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Determination Statement for the draft Great Abington former LSA estate Neighbourhood Plan:
Great Abington Parish Council undertook consultation on their pre-submission Neighbourhood Plan for the Great Abington former LSA estate between 24 July and 18 September 2017.
Great Abington Parish Council submitted its Neighbourhood Plan for the former Land Settlement Association estate to SCDC on 22 February 2018, along with its supporting documents. SCDC has confirmed that the Neighbourhood Plan complies with all the relevant statutory requirements.
SCDC undertook public consultation on the submission version of the Great Abington Former LSA Estate Neighbourhood Plan between 5 March and 16 April 2018.
Comments made during submission consultation are available to view individually via the online consultation system and also collectively asRepresentations on the submission version of the Great Abington Former LSA Estate Neighbourhood Plan.
The Great Abington Former LSA Estate Neighbourhood Plan was submitted for examination on 30 May 2018. The independent examiner appointed to carry out the examination is Andrew Ashcroft.
