The following planning application decisions were made at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee that was held virtually on Wednesday 22 July 2020.
- The demolition of the existing community centre to be replaced by 56 Council homes, new play equipment, landscaping and further work, as part of wider proposal for The Meadows site, at The Meadows Community Centre, 1 St Catharines Road, Impington
Applicant: Cambridge Investment Partnership
Decision: Withdrawn from the agenda (application will instead be presented to a Joint Committee of Councillors from Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council)
- A: Re-prioritisation of Section 106 agreement associated with up to 3,500 new homes and facilities including two primary schools, secondary school, town centre and recreational space for Northstowe Phase 2
B: Construction of a new highway link between Northstowe and the B1050, improvements to the B1050 and associated landscaping and drainage

Decision: A: Approved B: Approved
- A 5-bedroom house and 1-bedroom annex at 130 Rampton Road, Willingham

- A provisional Tree Preservation Order on land at Bourn Road, Caxton
