Service Plans

Service managers prepare an annual service plan, which sets out their plans for the next financial year and targets for the three subsequent years. These plans reflect our corporate priorities and support the corporate milestones and performance targets contained within our Performance Plans.

The service plans are used as a basis for corporate and service performance monitoring and management. Crucially they are also used to ensure staff are aware of the part they can play through the staff appraisal process to help achieve our objectives.
