Default Retirment Age

The Government has removed the Default Retirement Age so that people can choose to work for longer. Many employers have heard about the change but need to know about what it means for their business and workers. The Department for Work and Pensions Communications are launching an online working longer toolkit for employers to give them the information they need in one place.
