A film has been commissioned by South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC), with support from the police and fire service. It focuses on enviro-crime, the problems caused by abandoned cars, fly tipping and graffiti.

Councillor Ray Manning, portfolio holder for environmental health and local member for Willingham said, "The public has asked us to do more to clean up the district so the enviro-crime film covers serious offences in a hard hitting way. Fly tipping, graffiti and abandoned cars is a constant issue for South Cambridgeshire. We need to get the message across of the fatal dangers and costs and how responsible residents can play a role in helping to catch the criminals."
