Running is a safe and enjoyable way to health and fitness. Running on a regular basis can:

  • Give you more energy
  • Help you sleep
  • Help reduce stress
  • Keep your heart strong
  • Reduce blood pressure
  • Help weight management

Joining a running group is an excellent way to meet people and get fit while enjoying the local environment. Why not come along to a session, which is led led by a qualified running
coache and includes an appropriate warm up and cool down activity.

Weekly running sessions suitable for complete beginners and those who wish to run as part of a group.

When and where?

Mondays at Linton Sports Centre, Cambridge Road, Linton
From 1 Feb 2010, 9.30am to 10.30am (meet at reception)

Wednesdays at Sawston Sports Centre, New Road, Sawston
From 3 Feb 2010, 6.30pm to 7.30pm (meet at reception)
