Housing surgeries

If you have a housing query, problem or need tenancy advice, come along to an South Cambridgeshire District Council housing surgery.

Surgeries are held regularly across the district and are open to all South Cambs' residents, whether you're an SCDC tenant or not. Our housing staff can talk to you about our housing and other services, as well as services available from other local and national organisations.

You don't need to make an appointment - just turn up. At some surgeries we can offer private consultations. Where this isn't possible we can arrange to visit you at home.

Our Sawston surgery also offers housing benefit, housing and homelessness advice. If you are facing homelessness, or would like to speak to a housing officer, please call 03450 450 051. We can talk through your circumstances and, if appropriate, arrange an appointment for you.
