If you have a housing query, problem or need tenancy advice, come along to an SCDC housing surgery.

Surgeries are held regularly across the district and are open to all South Cambs' residents, whether you're an SCDC tenant or not. Our housing staff can talk to you about our housing and other services, as well as services available from other local and national organisations.

You don't need to make an appointment - just turn up. At some surgeries we can offer private consultations. Where this isn't possible we can arrange to visit you at home.

Housing benefit advice is available at the Sawston surgery. We can also arrange for our housing advice and options team to come and meet you at any surgery.
