What is SeeMyData?

SeeMyData is a new service offered to tenants of South Cambridgeshire District Council. Tenants are able to look up information about repairs they have reported and transfer applications they have made.

To be able to use this service you must be a tenant of South Cambridgeshire District Council and have a computer connected to the internet. To log in you will need your Rent Account Number and a Pin Number that will be issued to you on application to the Council. Security is important to us, only one Pin Number will be issued per household, and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own tenancy. Once you have logged in you will be able to use features such as checking the details of a reported repair, and viewing the status of a transfer application.

A wide variety of additions and improvements is either under consideration or in the process of implementation. There are many additional developments to be added to SeeMyData in order to make it an even more comprehensive and efficient online housing service centre. We aim to make SeeMyData the foremost tenant participation web site in the country. If you can think of other features you would like to see incorporated, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
