Welcome to your Annual Report for Tenants 2011. We hope you find it both interesting and useful, giving you information about the housing service we provide.

It sets out our performance and how we're getting on with the key tasks you worked with us to create last year (called Local Offers), our priorities for the year ahead, how you can work with us to influence this, and other information we think will be useful to you.

To ensure this report is relevant to you, we have worked closely with our resident groups, and in particular with the Tenant Participation Group (TPG). We asked for tenants to complete a survey scoring last year's report and pointing to new and additional topics to cover in this year's report.
