Will I be required to give the sheltered housing officer personal information?
When you move in, the sheltered housing officer will ask you for some personal details, such as your next of kin. These details will be kept strictly confidential.
Your privacy will be respected at all times, but it would be helpful to have information such as medication on record, should an emergency situation arise. When you are away from your property, it would be helpful for the sheltered housing officer to be informed.
