Housing Service Officers

The Housing Service Officers role includes the following:

• Responsibility for housing /tenancy management within their specified area.
• Carrying out inspections of properties prior to termination, transfer or mutual exchange.
• Carrying out regular estate inspections for the purpose of grounds maintenance and tree works.
