Change of name
Possible reasons for a change of name:
- Marriage
- Divorce
- Deed Poll
- Written declaration
How do I change my name on your records?
Any change must be in writing to housing services, stating your former name, address and date you changed your name. You must enclose copies of any documentary evidence e.g. marriage certificate.
What happens next?
Upon receipt of receiving full details of your change of name the Housing Services team will reply within 14 days.
