Tenants Chasing Repairs
Calls to the repairs Freephone number can include reporting repairs and tenants chasing repairs that have not been completed yet.
How do I chase a repair?
Once you have reported a repair you will be sent a letter detailing all the required information including a completion date.
If the work has not been carried out by the date shown on the letter please contact the Housing Department who will make enquiries for you.
How can I complain about a repair/contractor?
