Reporting Repairs - appointments

It is possible to book an AM or PM appointment for some repair requests. Appointments for repairs that fall into this category can be made at the time of reporting or at a later date.

  • AM appointments run from 8.00 am until 12.00 pm
  • PM appointments run from 1.00 pm until 4.00 pm

 

What type of repair can I book an appointment for?

Any repair that has been given a priority to be completed within 21 working days. However, an appointment cannot be made where extensive works may require ordering of parts and extra labour. In these instances a contractor will notify the tenant with a mutually agreeable date for works to commence.

What happens if I have missed an appointment?

What happens if I want to re-arrange an appointment?

You will need to contact the housing services team who will pass your details on to the relevant contractor, they will then contact you with another mutually agreeable date.
