E-say Group

If you are a tenant or leaseholder and have something to say about our housing service, you may be interested in joining our new E-say Group where you can give us your views on our housing service.
The idea of the E-Say Group is to encourage interaction online, with members completing online surveys on topics including feedback on the services we provide, to proposed changes to policy and procedures.
It is always entirely up to you if you wish to respond to any surveys we send - please be assured there is no obligation. Any responses you send will be entirely confidential.
Contact with you will always be by e-mail and will be on a reasonably relaxed ad hoc basis.
You will also receive a resident involvement newsletter 2 or 3 times a year, and we will drop you a line if anything of major interest crops up between times
Your feedback will help us to tailor our services to residents' needs.
