Improving the use of S.106 Agreements to Deliver Affordable Housing
In June 2008 Ark Housing Consultancy were commissioned to undertake a project for the Cambridge Sub Region to look at existing S106 Agreements used for the delivery of affordable housing to capture good practice and improve consistency across the sub region.
One of the key outputs of the assignment was the formulation of a series of model clauses for S.106 Agreements capable of forming part of detailed guidance to applicants.
