What are your Responsibilities?
- To keep the inside of the property in good order.
- To pay your share of the costs of maintaining and running the building (on time).
- To behave in a neighbourly manner.
- Your lease agreement may mean there are things you cannot do without South Cambridgeshire District Council's consent, which may prevent you making alterations or sub-letting the property.
- South Cambridgeshire District Council has an obligation to ensure that the leaseholder complies with such responsibilities for the good of all the other leaseholders.
- These rights and responsibilities will be set out in the lease.
