Leasehold Shared Ownership Scheme

The Leasehold Equity Sharing Scheme for the Elderly is specifically for sheltered properties. If you qualify for this scheme but have chosen a village that doesn't offer a sheltered scheme then you may be offered a non-sheltered property within this village. You will be expected to participate in the Shared Ownership Scheme. As a leaseholder under the Shared Ownership Scheme you will be expected to maintain the exterior as well as the interior of the property and you will not have the benefit of sheltered housing support. Full details of this scheme will be provided should you be offered a property under this scheme.
