Independent Tenants' Advisor

PS Consultants have been appointed to act as the Independent Tenant Advisor (ITA) in South Cambridgeshire. Their role is to advise and support all tenants to understand, and get involved in, the work the Council is currently doing to plan for Council housing in South Cambridgeshire. Their role in this second phase of the project is:

• To help tenants get involved in creating the transfer proposal. There are lots of ways tenants can get involved. This will make sure tenants get the best possible deal if transfer goes ahead.
• To make sure tenants get answers to any questions they ask, and help them understand any information given provided by the Council.
• To work with tenants on selecting the type of landlord they would like to own and manage their homes
• To help all tenants understand what will happen during a ballot of all tenants and what happens if transfer either goes ahead or is rejected.
