Home-Link

Home-Link is a new scheme offering more choice to housing register applicants across South Cambridgeshire and six neighbouring authorities. Home-Link choice based lettings (CBL) offers greater flexibility for applicants allowing them to choose properties from across all authority areas.

Low cost home ownership

Keyhomes East are the Government appointed "one stop shop" for all home ownership schemes in Cambridgeshire.

If you are a key worker, a council or housing association tenant, on the Housing Register, or a first time buyer, there are a variety of schemes to help you buy a home. Keyworkers can also choose from a variety of affordable homes for rent.
