Home-Link Access Strategy (Draft)

Supporting Our Vulnerable Customers

A key requirement for ensuring the success and fairness of the Home-Link scheme is that all customers can access Home-Link and that relevant support is provided where appropriate. This strategy sets out how we will:

  • Ensure the Home-Link scheme is designed to meet the needs of all customers
  • Provide customers with support and advice on the lettings process where it is needed
  • Ensure that appropriate information is readily available.
  • Achieve a greater degree of collaboration between the wide range of agencies involved in providing services for vulnerable customers.
  • Name the organisations that have signed up to the strategy and will support their customers through the CBL process.

The Home-Link Access Strategy (Draft) strategy has been produced in consultation with statutory and other supported housing groups.
